Cheri GlassVP Human Resources

Cheri Glass joined Signature in 2011 to lead Stakeholder (employee) Experience with nearly 25 years of executive Strategic Human Resources and Benefits experience, working across a wide variety of industries. Her expertise is in Employee Engagement and Human Capital Alignment with Corporate Strategy.

She most recently served as the Employee Benefits Practice Leader for the Employee Benefits Division of BB&T Insurance Services. Prior to joining BB&T Insurance Services, Cheri worked as Human Resources Executive in both the service and manufacturing sectors.

Cheri is SPHR certified and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations from the University of Louisville.

She has participated in speaking engagements at national industry Human Resources conferences on various topics such as “Measuring How HR Adds Value to the Bottom Line,” and “New Employee Orientation through Best in Class Practices.”

Cheri and husband Doug have been married for 26 years. Together, they have two children, Katie and William. In their spare time, Cheri and Doug are co-owners of Kentucky thoroughbreds and enjoy racing and breeding them.
