Patricia’s Story

After a fall, injuries, and many months of being non-weight bearing, Patricia believed that she it would be out of reach to return to a normal lifestyle. Luckily that’s when the team at Signature HealthCARE at Tanbark Rehab & Wellness Center joined Patricia on her journey. She is going home walking with her walker and even taking strong steps!
